Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items.
Opened or used hygiene-related products (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items).
To initiate a return:
Submit a Return Request via your Mxazon account or contact demo@demo.com.
Provide proof (photos, order details, and reason for return).
Follow the return instructions provided by our team, including shipping details.
Once received and inspected, we will process your return within 2 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
Once your return is approved, you may choose:
Refund to the original payment method.
Store credit for future purchases.
Replacement or exchange (subject to availability).
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact demo@demo.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
